The ERCAS team will take part in major upcoming political science conferences to present their current work. On 27 July, Alina Mungiu-Pippidi and Roberto Martínez Barranco Kukutschka are taking part in a panel on taming crony capitalism at the IPSA World Congress of Political Science in Poznán. Together with other esteemed colleagues they are discussing the links between politics and wealth, how to measure it and how we can react to it. On 28 July Dr. Ramin Dadašov, Dr. Luciana Cingolani and Aram Khaghaghordyan are taking part in a panel on measuring corruption and testing anti-corruption tools. They are presenting a new approach to assess public accountability mechanisms, measuring corruption by a new public integrity index and measuring compliance with international anti-corruption treaties.
