On June 28, 2024, the ERCAS team presented the 2023 version of its T-index at the 2024 Interdisciplinary Corruption Research Network Forum hosted by the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon. The presentation focused on the actionability of the T-index indicators – as it informs directly on which indicators countries need progress – as well as the dynamic nature of its new data collection process initiated in 2023.
The audience, consisting of anticorruption experts and early-career researchers, was briefed on the innovative crowdsourcing phase of the T-index. This phase involves a broader engagement with government officials and NGOs in data collection, ensuring up-to-date and high-quality information.
The panel saw great participation, engagement and feedback from researchers and practitioners across various institutions.
