Join the public dissertation defence of Hertie School’s Ph.D. Candidate and ERCAS Fellow Till Hartmann on corruption as a development policy issue. Till’s cumulative dissertation traced the formulation and implementation of theories of change by international donors to curb corruption. Special emphasis lies on the case of the anti-corruption programming of the World Bank which he analyzed in great depth and for which he formulated conclusions on how to increase effectiveness.
The defence will take place online on July 1st, 2021, 10:00 am-12:00 pm CEST.
